Life Smile Dentistry is here to help you finance any dental work you need completed. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), personal checks, cashier’s checks and cash.
Insurance
We accept most dental insurances, and, as an added benefit, we are in-network providers with Aetna, Metlife, Cigna, United Health, Guardian and Delta Dental.
We are pleased to work with you and your insurance company to minimize your out of pocket expenses. We work hard to calculate your co-pays and estimate your insurance benefits so that you are not burdened with this task. It is our feeling that you should completely understand what your insurance benefits are; count on us to explain these benefits to you.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves in providing extra time for the personal attention each patient deserves. We respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. As a result, your appointment time in this office is reserved exclusively for you.
We reserve the right to charge patients who do not reschedule with adequate notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointments.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
In order to be respectful of the needs of all Life Smile Dentistry patients, if it is necessary to cancel your reserved appointment we require that you contact our office by 12:00pm one (1) working day in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to access timely dental care.
To cancel an appointment, please call 973-616-9211 to speak with an office representative. If you do not reach an office representative, you may leave a detailed message on the office voicemail. You may not cancel a scheduled appointment via email.
No Show Policy
- A ‘no show’ appointment occurs when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling by 12:00pm one (1) working day in advance. Last minute/late cancellations are considered ‘no show’ appointments.
- Failure to be present at the time of a reserved appointment will be recorded on your account as a ‘no show’. The first ‘no show’ will result in a $50- fee being applied.
- A second ‘no show’ or cancellation requires a $65- appointment deposit to be applied to your account in order to schedule a third visit.
No Insurance? No Problem?
Our convenient Dental Savings Plan means even people who are without dental insurance can enjoy considerable savings. Here’s a breakdown of the plan:
Adult 12 Month Membership Fee = $325
Child (Under 14) Member = $259
Two routine dental exams per year
As provided during the same visit as a regularly scheduled cleaning appointment.
Two regular cleanings per year
Restrictions apply with cases of periodontal disease
All customary x-rays
*Typical x-rays include a Full-Mouth Series every 3-5 years and Bite Wings once per year.
20% off the following procedures:
Preventative
(Fluoride, sealants, etc.)
Restorative
(fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.)
Implant-Related
(implant placement, implant crowns, etc.)
Periodontics
(scaling & root planning, minor perio surgery, etc.)
Endodontic
(root canal therapy, pulpotomies, etc.)
Removable Prosthodontics
(complete dentures, partials, repairs, etc.)
Miscellaneous
(night guards, sport guards, etc.)
***Invisalign and cosmetic veneers are excluded from savings plan.
